Your potty training class is booked. CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations will be charged a 3% booking fee. Any rescheduled classes will be charged a $75 fee. Cancellation/Reschedule is required 7 days before your scheduled class for a full refund. All registered students that cancel after the 7 day period, the day before, the day of class, or do not show up for their scheduled class will be charged the full $500.00. We are here to advise you, guide you, and teach you techniques that have successfully worked on thousands of children, but the success of a child is ultimately the responsibility of the parent, therefore no refunds will be given!
