Service Description
Join our Potty Training Group Class for children ages 2 -4 years old held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. Parents must attend both days with their child. This comprehensive program features two expert-led training sessions, a 75-minute instructional video, and an informative eBook. Additionally, you will have access to 48 hours of communication with the instructor to ensure your child is progressing. Sunday, you will join us for our exclusive follow-up session designed for graduates of our Saturday potty training course. This 4-hour Sunday session offers a unique opportunity for children to play and practice their newfound potty skills in a fun, supportive environment. Led by our expert potty training coaches, this playdate provides additional guidance and encouragement for both parents and toddlers. Parents are required to attend with their child, ensuring they receive hands-on support and personalized advice from our trainers. Together, we'll reinforce positive potty habits through engaging activities, interactive play, and expert supervision, helping to build your child's confidence and consistency in using the potty.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be charged a 3% booking fee. Any rescheduled classes will be charged a $75 fee. Cancellation/Reschedule is required 7 days before your scheduled class for a full refund. All registered students that cancel after the 7 day period, the day before, the day of class, or do not show up for their scheduled class will be charged the full price of class. Our Guarantee Policy We are committed to providing you with effective potty training techniques that have successfully assisted thousands of children. Our role is to advise, guide, and equip you with these proven methods. However, the success of potty training ultimately depends on consistent implementation and reinforcement by the parent or caregiver. As such, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and therefore, we do not offer refunds. By enrolling in our program, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
