Service Description

Our phone consult is for parents in need of overcoming an obstacle and would like to discuss proven techniques. Melissa will spend approximately an hour with the parent discussing how to overcome any objections the child has to using the toilet. Ideal candidate for this service is a child who is 100% pee trained and needs help with poop or a child that needs to stop bedwetting. Includes text support for up to a week after consultation. Our virtual class includes an online video giving the parent a step by step guide to potty training. This class includes an E-Book giving you written instructions to our proven techniques as well as email/text consultation up to 3 days with Melissa during your training days to assure your progressing and all questions are answered. Ideal for parents who live out of state and cannot attend in person class.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will be charged a 3% booking fee (Policy does not apply to phone consultations). Any rescheduled classes will be charged a $75 fee. Cancellation/Reschedule is required 7 days before your scheduled class for a full refund. All registered students that cancel after the 7 day period, the day before, the day of class, or do not show up for their scheduled class will be charged the full price of class. We are here to advise you, guide you, and teach you techniques that have successfully worked on thousands of children, but the success of a child is ultimately the responsibility of the parent, therefore no refunds will be given!
