Whether you’re dealing with repeated accidents, resistance, regression, or just need reassurance you’re on the right track, we’ll walk you through exactly what to do next—step by step. Perfect for parents who want expert clarity, confidence, and a clear plan forward without guesswork.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be charged a 3% booking fee (Policy does not apply to phone consultations). Any rescheduled classes will be charged a $75 fee. Cancellation/Reschedule is required 7 days before your scheduled class for a full refund. All registered students that cancel after the 7 day period, the day before, the day of class, or do not show up for their scheduled class will be charged the full price of class. We are here to advise you, guide you, and teach you techniques that have successfully worked on thousands of children, but the success of a child is ultimately the responsibility of the parent, therefore no refunds will be given!
