Service Description

This class is for children 2-5 years old that need more individual attention due to a special need, behavioral issues, or for the parent that wishes to have a more intimate, individualized potty training experience for their child. Cost of class includes: 4-hour in person training session, 75 minute online video, Ebook that guides you through training after class, as well as email communication from instructor after class. This program is meant to be a full 2 day experience as we prepare you for class, train during class, and guide you through the 48 hours following class. We are here to advise you, guide you, and teach you techniques that have successfully worked on thousands of children, but the success of a child is ultimately the responsibility of the parent, therefore no refunds will be given.

Cancelation Policy

All cancellations will be charged a 3% booking fee (Policy does not apply to phone consultations). Any rescheduled classes will be charged a $75 fee. Cancellation/Reschedule is required 7 days before your scheduled class for a full refund. All registered students that cancel after the 7 day period, the day before, the day of class, or do not show up for their scheduled class will be charged the full $500.00. We are here to advise you, guide you, and teach you techniques that have successfully worked on thousands of children, but the success of a child is ultimately the responsibility of the parent, therefore no refunds will be given!
