Service Description

Is your child pee trained but continues to have poop accidents? This hour long phone consultation will equip you with knowledge as to why your child is refusing to use the toilet or withholding, along with techniques that will break the child's fear of using a toilet for #2. Cost of class includes: Up to 1-hour phone consultation, as well as email/text communication from instructor for 1 week following consultation. We are here to advise you, guide you, and teach you techniques that have successfully worked on thousands of children but remind you we are not medical professionals. We advise all clients to consult and follow the advice of their pediatrician to determine what method is the best for their child.

Cancelation Policy

All cancellations will be charged a 3% booking fee (Policy does not apply to phone consultations). Any rescheduled classes will be charged a $75 fee. Cancellation/Reschedule is required 7 days before your scheduled class for a full refund. All registered students that cancel after the 7 day period, the day before, the day of class, or do not show up for their scheduled class will be charged the full $500.00. We are here to advise you, guide you, and teach you techniques that have successfully worked on thousands of children, but the success of a child is ultimately the responsibility of the parent, therefore no refunds will be given!
